The practices I am teaching in Beat the Burnout are meant to help you process your physical response to the burnout you’ve been experiencing. As your body processes your burnout - your mind will naturally begin to emotionally stabilize and you’ll notice that feeling of relief start to seep in. Here's how we'll do it.

The practices I teach in Corporate Burnout Relief Method are meant to help you process and release your physical response to burnout so that you feel more regulated (i.e. emotionally neutral) in your day to day life.

Healing is a practice that you must be willing to show up every day for and I aim to create a space that allows you to be held accountable for the work and a place to process what comes up as you do the practices I teach you.
No. I am not a mental health practitioner and would never suggest this as a replacement for therapy. I recommend you do this work in addition to investing in your mental health via work with a qualified mental health therapist.
