In case we haven't met, I'm Ashley Kruse and I survived an intense corporate burnout experience less than 3 years ago. When I was going through my corporate burnout no amount of rest was enough for me. I could have literally slept for hours and hours over the weekend and still not felt ready for Monday morning. What I failed to realize during that time was that it wasn’t just my body that was exhausted, it was my mind too. My mind was exhausted from spinning out in the what if’s all day every day; my mind was literally living in a state of constant panic and I didn’t know how to manage the thoughts which made me spin out even more. All I wanted was relief. A moment to let the weight of the world dissipate off my shoulders so I could take a full breath.   • What does "self-paced" mean?

    Self-paced means you do this work at your own pace. You have full autonomy on how quickly or slowly you work through the course. You can binge it like Netflix or take it one module a month. Your pace is your choice!

  • What are somatic and feminine embodiment practices?

    Simply put - burnout is a direct response to holding onto the emotions you face in your day to day life - all of the times you held your tongue, held back the tears, or faked your smile. The practices I teach in Corporate Burnout Relief Method are meant to help you process and release your physical response to burnout so that you feel more regulated (i.e. emotionally neutral) in your day to day life.

  • Do you guarantee results?

    Listen babe, there are ZERO guarantees in this world, but what I know to be true is that having tools & support while you heal from burnout will speed up the process. Healing is a practice that you must be willing to show up every day for and I aim to create a space that allows you to be held accountable for the work and a place to process what comes up as you do the practices I teach you.

  • Is this a substitute for therapy?

    No. I am not a mental health practitioner and would never suggest this as a replacement for therapy. I recommend you do this work in addition to investing in your mental health via work with a qualified mental health therapist.

  • Im new to healing work - what can I expect?

    You can expect to be met exactly where you are at in your journey. Healing work is a practice - meaning just like a workout - you have to implement it daily to see the effects. My goal is to have you feeling safe and supported to begin this journey and equip you with a foundational place to start.

  • Will I be able to revisit the content and material?
